Efficient Bale Handling

The Bale King BRX850 carrier is an outstanding tool for moving bales. Whether you are simply road-siding or hauling them right to the yard, this machine will make quick work of it. The efficiency is gained in the loading / unloading cycles compared to other methods such as hauling with a truck and trailer over short to medium distance hauls. In average conditions, the Bale King can be loaded in about 4 minutes and unloaded in 1 minute. The time saved in these cycles offsets a lot of road time in a truck.

On the road, its 9ft overall width provides safe and secure transport with good visibility in your tractor mirrors

At the stack, the BRX will make a tight, neat row of bales without additional handling. It’s easy on net too!

Overview

The BRX850 is a pusher style machine. Characteristics include:

Tight, straight bale stacks – The shuttle keeps the bales tight as it pushes them off the back
Gentle on twine and net – The bales slide on smooth frame rails as opposed to a roller chain conveyor. Since there is no chain-to-bale contact, damage to twine and net is minimized.
Ease of operation – The BRX850 allows novice operators to bring in the bales in top condition

Push-Off System

The BRX850 push-off system is built with reliability and ease-of-maintenance in mind. It features:

Twin rear-mounted motors with a heavy roller chain. You get more pulling power with less chain tension which helps maximize chain life
The front mounted chain tensioner is wide open and free from obstructions. Chain tension adjustment is simple on the BRX850
Tapered pusher plate which help funnels out-of-round bales into position on the frame rails

Loading Fork

Heavily reinforced and built for real-world field conditions, the BRX850 loading fork is up to the task. Consider:

Robust rear bracing that is built to take the impact of loading on the go
Built-in cushioned float system on the fork cylinder allows the fork to glide over rolling ground without putting undue stress on the frame. The rubber torsion float system keeps the mechanism tight and rattle free.
The outer 1/4 turn fork tine allow you to pick from either direction. It’s incredibly efficient in the field and perfect for working along a fenceline
The inner tine is shaped to gently roll the bale onto the deck
Adjustable fork tine spacing to match your bales and your tractor
The bumper bar opposite the loading fork is adjustable to match your bale size. The BRX850 is built to be gentle on your bales in all stages of transport
