RECOMMENDED USE: Relief of joint pain.

INGREDIENT PER 1 CAPSULE :
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)......................1000 mg

OTHER INGREDIENT: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule shell).

RECOMMENDED SERVING: Adults: Take 1-2 capsules, two to three times per day with food. Avoid taking at bedtime.

DURATION OF USE: Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.

CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion may occur. Do not use if security seal is broken.
